Service orchestration SaaS provider Enate and digital services consultancy company Humans 4 Help have partnered to solve core digital transformation business challenges.
LONDON, UK – 13 June, 2019 – Enate, the SaaS service orchestration provider, has announced a strategic partnership with Humans 4 Help, a digital services consultancy company.
Enate’s service orchestration platform orchestrates work across a workforce of humans and robots for simplified end-to-end processes. Humans 4 Help advises clients to improve business processes through technologies such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and process mining.
Working together, Enate and Humans 4 Help will help clients solve key business challenges around digital transformation and service automation, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) at scale, managing a hybrid workforce of humans and bots, visibility of end-to-end operations, detailed cost/productivity reporting and global variants of service delivery, to fuel digital transformation and business process efficiencies.
This partnership enables business transformation regardless of the systems in use.
Lila Benhammou, CEO, said:
“Digital transformation has three main components: human change by improving the way employees perform the process; technology change in underlying systems and process transformation in harmonisation and automation. We believe that the teams of Humans 4 Help and Enate are a winning combination to power our customers’ digital transformation. As such, combining the strengths of the two entities will also advance our strategic vision and accelerate our growth.”
Kit Cox, CEO at Enate, said:
“Enate’s platform orchestrates the delivery and management of services across a digital workforce to ensure the right workers are doing the right task at the right time. By governing and monitoring a hybrid workforce of humans and bots, Enate allows operation at any scale. Our partnership with Humans 4 Help will power-boost our joint clients’ digital transformation by allowing organisations to adopt the right technology quickly and effortlessly to get digital fast.”
