En tant que Business Analyst<\/strong>, vous jouez un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans l\u2019identification des besoins m\u00e9tiers, l\u2019analyse des processus existants, et la recommandation de solutions adapt\u00e9es. Vous faites le lien entre les \u00e9quipes m\u00e9tiers et techniques afin de garantir la coh\u00e9rence, la faisabilit\u00e9 et la performance des projets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Missions principales :<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins des parties prenantes (internes et\/ou externes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u00c9tudier les processus m\u00e9tiers existants et proposer des axes d’am\u00e9lioration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • R\u00e9diger les cahiers des charges fonctionnels et les user stories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborer avec les \u00e9quipes techniques pour assurer la bonne compr\u00e9hension des besoins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Participer \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition des indicateurs de performance et au suivi des projets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Contribuer aux phases de tests (recette fonctionnelle, UAT).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Accompagner le changement aupr\u00e8s des utilisateurs finaux (formation, documentation, support).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Profil recherch\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Dipl\u00f4me en informatique, gestion, ing\u00e9nierie ou domaine connexe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Exp\u00e9rience confirm\u00e9e en tant que Business Analyst, id\u00e9alement dans un environnement agile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellentes capacit\u00e9s d\u2019analyse, de synth\u00e8se et de communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Bonne connaissance des outils de mod\u00e9lisation de processus (BPMN, UML, etc.) et de gestion de projet (Jira, Confluence, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Maitrise du fran\u00e7ais et de l\u2019anglais (\u00e9crit et oral).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      Comp\u00e9tences appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es :<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Connaissance de [secteur sp\u00e9cifique : finance, e-commerce, sant\u00e9, etc.].<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Exp\u00e9rience en gestion de la donn\u00e9e, BI ou CRM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
